Born in a family of restauranteurs, Max was exposed to the service industry since early ages, growing up in restaurant kitchens and amongst his family’s BBQs and dinners, his mother’s bakeries and his father’s cooking which was inspired by Max’s grandmother’s traditional and original recipes.
Max is a graduate from Les Roches Hotel Management School in Crans-Montana, Switzerland where he acquired the highest practical and theorical knowledge as well as international exposure and passion for unique sensorial experiences when it comes to the luxury service industry.
Over the years Max has worked around the world in big cities and small luxury-chic paradise destinations from Lausanne to Maldives, Shanghai, St Barts, The Bahamas, Qatar, Mexico, Dubai, Italy, St. Kitts & Nevis and Saudi Arabia. Exposed to brands such as Intercontinental, Hilton, Anantara, Ritz Carlton, W Hotels, Nikki Beach, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and also experience in UHNWI Private Estates Management, specializing him in F&B Management, Operations, International Recruitment at all levels and General Management in the Hotel and Private Estates sector, giving him a unique and detailed understanding of international business, culture, attitude and behavior.
